By purchasing educational materials or lessons through this website, the customer agrees to the terms described below.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be approved before educational materials for the purchased lesson or product have been delivered to the customer.
Once educational materials, lesson files, video recordings, PDFs, or digital access links have been sent or made available to the customer, the educational service is considered to have started and delivered.
After delivery of digital educational materials, refunds are not available after delivery of digital educational materials.
Initial lesson purchases may include introductory educational materials or introductory stages of the educational program and become non-refundable once educational materials have been delivered.
This applies even if additional meetings, support sessions, or future educational activities included in the selected tariff have not yet taken place.
Lesson Access and Delivery
Educational materials are delivered electronically, including through secure links to downloadable materials and downloadable materials and communication platforms.

Progressive Lesson Purchases

Some educational programs are conducted in groups with recommended payment schedules aligned with lesson release timing and group educational meetings.
Customers may discontinue participation at any time by stopping future lesson purchases.
Masterclasses and Recordings
Access duration for masterclass recordings and temporary educational materials is specified individually at the time of purchase or enrollment.
Technical Issues
Educational materials are delivered to customers as downloadable files, including password-protected archive files containing video lessons and PDF educational materials.
Customers are responsible for downloading and storing the provided educational materials on their own devices after delivery.
TRUE BAZI LTD may provide reasonable technical guidance related to downloading files, opening password-protected archives, or accessing delivered materials using standard software and web browsers.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.
Banking or payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
