TRUE BAZI LTD provides online educational services and digital educational materials, including video lessons, PDF materials, online educational sessions, webinars, and masterclasses.
By purchasing educational materials or lessons through this website, the customer agrees to the terms described below.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered before educational materials for the purchased lesson or product have been delivered to or made available to the customer.
Where a customer requests or agrees to the immediate supply of digital educational materials before the end of the statutory cancellation period, the customer will be asked to expressly consent to such immediate supply and to acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content begins, the statutory right to cancel in respect of that digital content will be lost.
Once educational materials, lesson files, video recordings, PDFs, ZIP archives, digital access links, or other digital educational materials have been delivered or made available following the required consent and acknowledgement, the payment attributable to that digital content is non-refundable where the customer simply changes their mind, subject always to the customer’s statutory rights.
Initial lesson purchases may include introductory educational materials or introductory stages of an educational programme. Where such digital materials are supplied following the required consent and acknowledgement, the payment attributable to those digital materials is non-refundable where the customer simply changes their mind.
Where a purchase also includes additional online meetings, support sessions, future educational activities, or other services, any cancellation or refund rights relating to those elements will be considered separately in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Lesson Access and Delivery
Educational materials are delivered electronically, including through secure links to downloadable materials and downloadable materials and communication platforms.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the educational program, group schedule, or purchased package.
Progressive Lesson Purchases
Most of our educational programs are structured as progressive lesson-by-lesson learning.
Students usually purchase lessons or lesson blocks one after another as they move through the selected educational program.
Each new lesson purchase is made voluntarily by the student. By purchasing the next lesson or lesson block, the student confirms that they wish to continue the programme based on the educational materials and services previously received. Purchasing a subsequent lesson does not affect any statutory rights relating to previous purchases.
Students are not required to purchase the full program in advance and may stop purchasing further lessons at any time.
Group Programs
Some educational programs are conducted in groups with recommended payment schedules aligned with lesson release timing and group educational meetings.
Customers may discontinue participation at any time by stopping future lesson purchases.
Masterclasses and Recordings
Access duration for masterclass recordings and temporary educational materials is specified individually at the time of purchase or enrollment.
Technical Issues
Educational materials are delivered to customers as downloadable files, including password-protected archive files containing video lessons and PDF educational materials.
Customers are responsible for downloading and storing the provided educational materials on their own devices after delivery.
TRUE BAZI LTD may provide reasonable technical guidance related to downloading files, opening password-protected archives, or accessing delivered materials using standard software and web browsers.
Refund Processing
Refunds approved under this Policy or required by applicable law will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
No refund processing fee will be charged where this is prohibited by applicable law. Any deductions that are legally permitted will be explained to the customer before the refund is processed.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking system, subject to any statutory time limits that apply.
