By purchasing, accessing, downloading, receiving, or using educational materials, lessons, recordings, webinars, or other educational content provided by TRUE BAZI LTD, the customer agrees to the terms of this Educational Materials License Agreement.
1. Educational Materials and Intellectual Property
All educational materials, lesson structures, methodologies, video lessons, PDF materials, webinar recordings, educational examples, and related educational content provided by TRUE BAZI LTD remain the intellectual property of TRUE BAZI LTD and/or their respective authors.
Educational materials are licensed, not sold.
Customers receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only.
Customers are responsible for maintaining secure and confidential storage of educational materials after delivery and must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, copying, redistribution, or disclosure of educational materials.
Customers acknowledge that educational materials may contain individualized identifiers or personalized elements associated with the customer for intellectual property protection and educational administration purposes.
2. Personal Educational Use
Educational materials are intended solely for the personal educational use of the customer.
Unless explicitly permitted in writing by TRUE BAZI LTD, customers may not:
- redistribute educational materials,
- provide third parties with access to educational materials,
- upload educational materials to publicly accessible websites, public file-sharing platforms, or other online repositories,
- store educational materials online in decrypted, extracted, unprotected, or publicly accessible form,
- publish, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make educational materials available to unauthorized persons.
3. Personalized Educational Materials
Educational materials may contain personalized markings, identification information, customer names, digital identifiers, or other individualized educational identifiers associated with the customer.
Such identifiers may be used for:
- educational administration,
- certificate issuance,
- personalization of educational materials,
- and protection of intellectual property.
Customers may be asked to provide their preferred name or identification details for educational communication, certificate issuance, personalization of educational materials, or identification of educational copies and materials.
4. Educational Examples and Training Materials
During educational programs, group lessons, webinars, or educational discussions, students may voluntarily share educational examples, questions, or practical situations related to the learning process.
Unless a participant specifically requests otherwise before participation, generalized and non-identifying educational examples or educational situations discussed during training may later be incorporated into educational materials, future course materials, educational examples, or educational explanations for future students.
TRUE BAZI LTD makes reasonable efforts to avoid intentional publication of sensitive personal information as part of educational materials.
5. Group Educational Recordings
Group educational sessions, webinars, educational meetings, and educational discussions may be recorded for educational and training purposes.
Such recordings may later be incorporated into educational materials, lesson libraries, future educational streams, educational examples, or other educational products provided by TRUE BAZI LTD.
Individual educational sessions are treated separately and are not publicly distributed or incorporated into future educational materials without separate permission from the participant.
6. Local Storage and Personal Copies
Educational materials provided by TRUE BAZI LTD may be delivered in encrypted or password-protected form, including password-protected archive files.
Customers may not upload, store, synchronize, transmit, share, or otherwise place educational materials online in decrypted, extracted, unprotected, or publicly accessible form.
Educational materials may only be stored online in the same protected and encrypted form in which they were originally delivered by TRUE BAZI LTD.
Passwords, password keys, access instructions, or other access credentials must not be stored together with the protected educational materials or in publicly accessible locations.
Decrypted or extracted educational materials may only be stored locally on the customer’s personal devices or personal storage media, including personal computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, external drives, or USB flash drives.
Customers are responsible for maintaining reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, copying, extraction, redistribution, disclosure, or misuse of educational materials.
7. Continuing Obligations
The restrictions and obligations contained in this Educational Materials License Agreement continue to apply regardless of whether the customer completes or discontinues the educational program.
8. Limitation of License
TRUE BAZI LTD reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to educational materials, educational participation, and related educational services in cases of unauthorized redistribution, copyright infringement, unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized extraction, removal of personalized identifiers, abuse of educational materials, security violations, or other serious violations of this Educational Materials License Agreement.
Unauthorized distribution, resale, publication, disclosure, extraction, sharing, or commercial use of educational materials constitutes a serious violation of this Educational Materials License Agreement and may constitute copyright infringement and violation of intellectual property rights.
Customers shall be financially responsible for damages, losses, investigative costs, enforcement costs, legal costs, reputational harm, and other consequences arising from unauthorized use, unauthorized publication, unauthorized redistribution, unauthorized disclosure, or other violations involving educational materials provided by TRUE BAZI LTD.
TRUE BAZI LTD reserves the right to pursue copyright enforcement, removal of unauthorized copies, restriction of access, protection of personalized educational materials, and any other protective, technical, organizational, or legal measures reasonably necessary for the protection of its intellectual property rights.
